Resident Liaison Officer - Retrofit

I'm looking for a Resident Liaison Officer for an onsite role working with residents living within Social Housing properties. This role will be focussing on decarb and retrofit works covering Birmingham and Tewkesbury - and will involve travel. A company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one. The duties of the Resident Liaison Officer will include: Commuicating with tenants & booking in works Attending site visits with Site Manager and the Team Dealing with any issues arising with residents Discussing with tenants the Retrofit works that will be carried out, such as: Solar Installations Cavity Wall barriers Loft Insulations Window and Door replacements Air Source Heat Pump installationsI'm looking to speak to a Resident Liaison Officer that has: Previous social housing experience Full UK Driving Licence Experience with Retrofit worksAnd in return, the Resident Liaison Officer will receive: £21 per hour Company Van and Fuel Card ongoing workIf you're interested in this Resident Liaison Officer role, then please apply online or call/email (url removed) on (phone number removed) for more info
