Resident Liaison Officer

Resident Liaison Officer – Social Housing Multiple Locations Across London Contract Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Build Recruitment are currently working with a number of leading social housing contractors who are looking for experienced Resident Liaison Officers to join their teams across London. There are multiple positions available across a range of workstreams, including planned maintenance, refurbishment, roofing, kitchens & bathrooms, fire safety, retrofit and general social housing works. The Role: Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout works Managing resident communication and expectations Providing regular updates on programmes and works Dealing with queries, complaints and access issues Supporting site and operational teams Carrying out resident visits and engagement Maintaining accurate records and reporting About You: Previous RLO / Resident Liaison experience within social housing or construction Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident dealing with residents and resolving issues Good understanding of working in occupied properties Organised and able to manage multiple sites/workstreams Driving licence advantageous depending on location What's on offer?
