Residential Care Team Leader - Inspire Inclusive Support

Shaftesbury is seeking a Team Leader for its Aberystwyth services. You will oversee daily operations, support staff and residents, and help maintain high-quality care across Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or willingness to obtain it.

You will participate in sleep-in sessions (£60 per sleep in) and join the on-call rota (£10 per session). Shaftesbury promotes inclusion, development and excellent training for all staff.
