About the Role Northridge Care Group is seeking flexible and dedicated individuals to join our bank of Residential Childcare Workers, supporting children and young people across our services on an ad hoc basis.
This role provides cover during periods such as staff sickness, annual leave, and training.
Work is offered on a shift-by-shift basis depending on service needs.
As a bank worker, you will have the flexibility to accept or decline work offered, and there is no obligation on the Company to provide a minimum number of hours.
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will: Support children and young people in their daily routines and care plans Promote independence, confidence, and life skills Provide consistent, compassionate, and nurturing care Help young people overcome challenges and celebrate achievements Safeguard and advocate for the wellbeing of young people at all times Contribute to a safe, stable, and supportive home environment What Were Looking For Were keen to hear from candidates who: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or Have relevant experience working in childrens residential settings Youll also be: Resilient, reliable, and adaptable Compassionate and committed to supporting young people Comfortable working flexible shifts, including sleep-ins Why Join Us?
