Support Worker Residential School Licoln, Lincolnshire | £13.49£13.83 per hour | £27,009£27,687 Are you passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and young people with complex needs? We are recruiting Support Workers to join a GOOD-rated residential school in Norton Disney, supporting young people aged 1119 with severe learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours.

You'll provide consistent, person-centred support to young people, many of whom are non-verbal and may require support with personal care, communication and manual handling.

What we're looking for You don't need a Level 3 qualification.

We're interested in candidates with experience in: Learning disabilities children or adults Residential or social care Schools / education Nursing or healthcare Supported living or complex care University graduates with relevant degrees such as Psychology, Social Work, Education, Childhood Studies, Special Educational Needs or similar Most importantly, you'll be patient, compassionate, resilient and genuinely passionate about supporting young people.

Training & progression You'll receive full support and training, including: ? Care Certificate ? Makaton training ? Specialist training ? Opportunity to work towards Level 3 The rota 38.5 hours per week on average, working a rolling 3-week rota.

7am3.30pm | 2pm10pm One long weekend day 7am10pm, working two weekends followed by a weekend off.

No sleep-ins.

Location Norton Disney, Lincolnshire Due to the rural location, you'll need a reliable way to get to work.

Driving is desirable but not essential.
