Tucked away near Lennoxtown with open countryside all around, Finniescroft Farm is more than just a home. Join our residential childcare team and play an important role in supporting children and young people to reach their full potential. Working within a structured and supportive environment, you will help provide high-quality care that promotes safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality care in line with policies, standards and best practice
• Support children and young people with routines, education and personal development
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Contribute to assessments, care planning and outcome-focused reviews
• Safeguard and advocate for children and young people at all times
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
• Maintain accurate records and reports
