Residential Children's Support Worker
Hove (BN3) Salary: £28,500
£31,000 per annum inclusive of sleep-ins Location: Central Hove, East Sussex Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time Shifts: Varied (including occasional sleep-ins) No driving licence required Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Were currently recruiting Residential Childrens Support Workers for a well-established OFSTED-registered children's home in Hove (BN3) . This is a rewarding, full-time permanent position supporting children and young people aged 818 years . You dont need previous experience in residential childcare

inclusive of sleep-ins
Comprehensive training programme (no cost to you)
Fully funded qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare)
Minimal sleep-ins required
Supportive team environment with ongoing career development
Opportunity to make a lasting impact on childrens lives
Role Overview: Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
Support with daily routines, education, activities, and emotional wellbeing
Work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing environment
Follow individual care plans and contribute to progress reviews
Requirements: A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including occasional sleep-ins
Must be able to commute to central Hove (BN3)
