RESIDENTIAL CHILDRENS SUPPORT WORKERS SWINDON £15.00£15.50 per hour Swindon & surrounding areas Full & Part-Time Hours Day & Night Shifts Available Working with Children & Young People We are urgently recruiting experienced Residential Childrens Support Workers for agency shifts across Swindon and the surrounding areas. If you have previous experience working in social care and are confident supporting children and young people within residential settings, we want to hear from you. THE ROLE Youll be supporting children and young people with: Day-to-day care and routines Emotional wellbeing and development Positive behaviour support Activities, independence and life skills Safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment Challenging situations and behaviours Building positive and trusting relationships Supporting young people to achieve their individual goals WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous social care experience essential Experience working with children and young people highly desirable Experience within residential childcare desirable Reliable, professional and resilient Confident supporting challenging behaviour Caring, patient and non-judgemental Available for day shifts, night shifts or both IMMEDIATE SHIFTS AVAILABLE Whether you're looking for full-time hours, part-time work, regular agency shifts or flexible work around your existing commitments, we have opportunities available.
