Residential & Commercial Conveyancing Fee Earner

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a recruitment agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent vacancy. This is an exciting chance to join a busy and expanding Conveyancing team working for our client, a well established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham. This role is Office based with 1 Working from Home day for title checks and focus work. Location Rotherham Office Competitive Salary Hours of work: :Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Full Time) Overview of the role: Residential: * Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion * Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and leasehold matters * Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors * Ensuring all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements * Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism Commercial: * Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions * Commercial freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases * Lease renewals, assignments and variations * Acting for landlords and tenants * Commercial property refinancing * Dealing with lenders, agents, solicitors and other third parties * Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion * Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing regular updates * Supporting the continued growth of the firm's commercial property department The ideal candidate will: * Have proven experience in residential and commercial conveyancing * Be able to work independently with minimal supervision * Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills * Be committed to delivering a high-quality client service Highly Advantageous if: * You also have experience in unregistered, Shared Ownership and dealing newbuilds etc but not essential. * Have a referrer following but not essential Benefits include: * 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays * End of year bonus if targets are reached
