Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE) Chepstow - £35,000 - £50,000 DOE - Flexible Working TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and progressive law firm that is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive looking to join a modern, commercially focused practice where autonomy, client relationships and career development are genuinely encouraged. Working alongside an experienced Property Assistant, who will support you with file opening, client onboarding and administration, you'll be able to focus on delivering an outstanding service to your clients while managing your own varied residential conveyancing caseload. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property matters, including: Drafting contract documentation Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the transaction You'll also have the opportunity to become involved in business development and marketing initiatives, helping to further grow the firm's strong reputation in the local market.
