Are you tired of being overworked and under-appreciated?
BPLS is a growing conveyancing firm and we're looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers to join us.
With a genuinely manageable caseload of c.60 files, you will receive onboarding and post-completion support, so you can comfortably manage your caseload and focus on providing the best service to our clients.

Essential experience:

1.5-2 years managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload L
easehold and freehold purchases Shared ownership transactions Help to Buy Desirable experience: Bridging loans Knowledge of the Building Safety Act Key responsibilities: Organising and m
anaging your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.) D
rafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction What we're looking for: A team player who uses initiative under pressure Empathetic and a patient demeanour with clients Strong communicator, highly organised with their own time and workload, and detail focused What we offer: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increased with service) Your birthday off Christmas office closure Free onsite parking Realistic caseload expectations (c.60 files) Dedicated onboarding and post-completion support Modern case management technology Training and development opportunities Financial support for further education
