Are you an experienced Residential Property Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career with a progressive, award-winning law firm? What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, equity release, Right to Buy and buy-to-let transactions
  • Advising on more complex matters including title defects, easements, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, boundary issues and Land Registry matters
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, financial advisers, developers and other professional contacts
