What Youll Be Doing Youll manage a varied and interesting caseload from instruction through to completion, including: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) New build transactions Shared ownership/equity matters Re-mortgages and transfers of equity Alongside this, you will: Deliver clear, high-quality legal advice with a strong focus on client care Take ownership of your caseload, ensuring efficiency and profitability Draft and review legal documentation with precision and attention to detail Advise clients on risks, strategies, and the best possible outcomes Support colleagues on more complex transactions when required Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and continue your professional development Play an active role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team success About You Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing Qualified as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with Practising Rights Strong experience across a full range of property transactions Solid understanding of Land Registry processes and SDLT requirements Proven ability to independently manage a busy caseload and meet targets Confident using case management systems and IT software Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills Why Join?
