Youll run your own caseload from instruction to completion and work across a wide mix of residential matters. The Role
Manage a varied caseload: freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, shared ownership, remortgages, new builds Advise clients clearly and confidently in person, by phone and in writing Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and key legal documents Keep files organised, compliant and professionally maintained Handle enquiries, quotes and diary management efficiently Build strong client relationships and support new business Stay updated with legal developments and SRA requirements What Youll Bring
Experience in residential property work Experience in conveyancing Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and practice Familiarity with CQS Excellent communication and client care skills Professional, confident and approachable manner Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure High attention to detail when reviewing legal documents Why Apply
