Residential Home Lead

Clinical Lead Location: Hamble Heights Nursing Home Hours: Full Time (40 Hours) - Both Clinical and Supernumerary shifts with flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts. We are looking for a Clinical Lead with strong clinical skills to join our team. You will provide inspiring leadership and development of the clinical care teams ensuring we deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. Responsibilities of the Clinical Lead: Leading the homes clinical quality control systems and coaching staff to ensure quality standards are met and staff are engaged in this area, and practice transparency. Supporting the Manager in developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources. Qualified nurse, either RMN or RGN, with an active NMC pin. Experience at supervisory level, ideally within a nursing home, having previously worked as one of the following: Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse etc. Ongoing training and development, the opportunity to build a career Workplace pension Free on-site parking Employee discount scheme (Blue Light Card)
