Leading and supporting the nursing and care teams on shift. Delivering exceptional clinical care while ensuring regulatory compliance. Coaching and mentoring colleagues to support their professional development. Completing clinical assessments, care planning and medication management. Supporting audits, clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives. Acting as the clinical lead in the Home Manager's absence. Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals. A valid UK NMC Pin (RGN or RMN). Previous leadership or senior nursing experience.
