Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer TSR Legal are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE who enjoys traditional residential property work and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional level of client service. The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion while maintaining a proactive and commercially aware approach. The Role As a Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload of traditional residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Providing a high level of client care, ensuring clients receive clear, timely and professional communication throughout their matter. Building strong and lasting client relationships through a proactive and responsive approach. Progressing files efficiently and in accordance with internal processes, procedures and agreed service levels. Meeting individual and team targets relating to billing, profitability and cash recovery. Managing the financial aspects of matters appropriately, including write-offs within agreed parameters. Maintaining accurate client and matter records and ensuring case management systems are kept fully up to date. Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistently high standard of service. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with professional standards, regulatory requirements and firm procedures. Taking responsibility for your ongoing professional development and keeping your technical knowledge up to date. About You We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a genuine enthusiasm for traditional residential property work. You will ideally have: Strong experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters. A genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A commercially minded approach and confidence working towards financial and operational targets. Excellent organisation and time-management skills. A proactive, detail-focused approach with a commitment to getting things right. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
