We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of our AST portfolio. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep tenants, landlords, and contractors happy, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do: • Manage a residential portfolio • Handle rent, fees, and payments • Coordinate maintenance and inspections • Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and deposits • Keep all compliance and safety certifications up to date • Support lettings admin and ensure regulatory compliance

What you’ll bring: • Excellent communication • Strong legal and H&S knowledge • Great IT skills • Proven customer service experience • Calm, organised, and proactive approach • Team player who can also work independently • Driving licence desirable
