Residential Property Solicitor | NQ+ | Gloucester | Hybrid | 9-Day Fortnight

A growing residential property team in Gloucester is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive at NQ+.

This is a role for someone who wants to work on quality residential property matters without being pushed into a high-volume, target-driven environment.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload including:

• Sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Lease extensions
• Transfers of equity
• Other residential property matters

The team works with clients who value quality, expertise and clear advice, rather than simply

looking for the cheapest option.

You will have the support of experienced senior conveyancers and heads of department, many of whom have been with the business for a number of years.
