Job Description Our client is an independent Estate Agent in Cambridge providing property sales and lettings services for Cambridge and the surrounding areas. They are seeking an experienced Estate Agent with valuing and management skills to join their expanding team in St Ives. Basic Salary up to £30,000pa (depending on experience) Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30, Saturday, 1 in 2 rota 09:00 – 14:00 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Opportunity for significant career development Senior Sales Valuer/Assistant Manager requirements: ~ MUST have a min of 2 years previous experience within Estate Agency Proven track record in valuing property a background in managing people within an Estate Agency environment A professional, friendly telephone manner is key The candidate will be looking for a long-term career A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential Valuer and instruct properties to the market Enter correct details relating to properties, vendors and buyers in the system. Keep records, computerised and manual, up to date and available to other members of staff Carry out ad hoc other duties as may be required from time to time.
