Cowbridge
area, supporting Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. We provide a homely environment where Young People feel safe, supported, and nurtured.If you have a passion for working with Young People who have not had the easiest start in life, are motivated and passionate enough to want to make a difference, then please get in touch with us. Requirements to be a Residential Support Worker: Essential Full UK manual drivers licence Minimum age 22 Passion to make a difference Strong communication skills and a team player Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure Basic IT skills Flexibility for shift work, including weekends & sleep ins Able to act as a positive role model Desirable Experience of working with children Registered with Social Care Wales or must register within initial 6 months in residential care Experience of working within the care sector Welsh Speaker What we Offer: Competitive pay with structured progression 28 days annual leave per year, plus an additional 1 days per year, up to a maximum of 5 days Birthday day off Fully supported Induction throughout probation period Refer a Friend bonus scheme Fully funded milage allowance if working outside your allocated home.
