About The Role Person Power is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Residential Support Workers to join a supportive team on a Full Time/ Permanent basis.

This role involves providing person-centred support in a Residential Children's Home, working as part of a team to help maintain a safe, supportive, and caring environment that meets both individual and shared needs, while consistently demonstrating a positive and person-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day practical and emotional support Assisting with daily living activities and routines Promoting independence, dignity and respect at all times Supporting with care plans Working as an effective team member and communicating effectively Following safeguarding procedures and organisation policies Requirements Previous experience as a Support Worker working with young people Good communication and teamwork skills A compassionate and patient approach Understanding xwzovoh of safeguarding and person-centred support Full UK driving license and Right To Work (sponsorship is not provided) Level 3 in Health and Social Care
