Person Power is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Residential Support Workers to join a supportive team on a Full Time/ Permanent basis. This role involves providing person-centred support in a Residential Children's Home, working as part of a team to help maintain a safe, supportive, and caring environment that meets both individual and shared needs, while consistently demonstrating a positive and person-centred approach. Key Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day practical and emotional support Assisting with daily living activities and routines ( no personal care ) Promoting independence, dignity and respect at all times Supporting with care plans Working as an effective team member and communicating effectively Following safeguarding procedures and organisation policies Requirements
