Shift Pattern: 2 on - 4 off (no sleeps)

We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and resilient Residential Support Workers to join our established Children's Residential Home in Cromford, Derbyshire, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, therapeutic care in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. You will support young people to develop life skills, build positive relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and achieve positive outcomes.
