Please note: £36,153.00 would be inclusive of Sleep in Shifts at £50 per night with average of 9 per month & approx. 30 hours overtime per month

We have opportunities for Residential Support Workers to join our dynamic teams within our semi-rural childrens homes in the Bridgend & Banwen areas, supporting Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties.

Requirements to be a Residential Support Worker:

Essential

• Full UK manual drivers licence
• Minimum age 22
• Passion to make a difference
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
• Basic IT skills
• Flexibility for shift work, including weekends & sleep ins
• Able to act as a positive role model
