The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will undertake residential property inspections across the
North East , preparing high-quality reports in accordance with relevant
RICS professional standards . Your responsibilities are likely to include: RICS Level 2 Home Surveys RICS Level 3 Building Surveys Residential valuations Help to Buy valuations Probate valuations Defect diagnosis Client consultations Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents, solicitors and homeowners Managing your own diary and workload Producing accurate, professional reports within agreed timescales Essential Requirements Genuine passion for residential property Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong report-writing ability Professional and client-focused approach Excellent attention to detail Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience & Qualifications AssocRICS or MRICS qualification Registered Valuer status Experience using GoReport Knowledge of the North East residential property market Drone qualification
