Working across both residential and commercial sectors, you'll be supported by an experienced central team, allowing you to focus on delivering a first-class service to clients.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
• Undertake RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (training provided if required)
• Complete Red Book Valuations
• Carry out bespoke Building Surveys
• Undertake both private and panel work
• Liaise with the centralised hub to manage appointments efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Deliver accurate reports in accordance with RICS standards
• Manage your own workload while maintaining exceptional service levels
