Salary: £13.37 per hour + performance bonus opportunities
Contract: 30 Hour Contract | Growth & Leadership
Overview
We are looking for a Manager who is ready to lead and run it as their own. Fast‑paced, fun, and fresh. No two days are the same. We are constantly growing; you start as a Shift Manager and could progress to Store Manager or another key department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead team on the floor, managing a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or similar environment.
- Maintain high standards of coffee, service, and food temperature.
- Drive sales and team engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience managing a team in a fast‑moving environment (restaurant, coffee shop, QSR, etc.).
- Strong energy and presence; not hiding in the office.
- Commitment to quality and standards.
