The Role:

You will be advising financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, and corporate clients on business recovery and distressed assets. The role will include restructuring handling a mix of transactional restructuring and insolvency litigation.

While R&I experience is a plus, the firm welcomes applicants from Corporate, Finance, or Disputes backgrounds looking to specialise.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (UK or equivalent).

Background in Corporate, Banking, or Commercial Litigation.
