Key Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer service by actively welcoming shoppers, answering queries, and offering product recommendations. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring shelves and display areas are well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing. * Maintain high standards of store presentation, including general housekeeping and organizing fitting rooms or stockrooms. * Support the store management team with seasonal changeovers, promotional setups, and inventory counts. * Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and in line with company policy.
