Retail Cleaning Manager: Lead a High-Quality Store Hygiene Team

Arcus FM is seeking an In-Store Cleaning Manager for Sainsbury’s Holywood Exchange. You will supervise a cleaning team and also perform cleaning tasks to ensure top-quality service in a retail setting.

You will recruit and train the team, plan rotas, and manage timesheets, with flexibility to meet business needs. Health & Safety is prioritized, and on-site support and equipment are provided.
