Retail Department Manager – Lead & Elevate Customer Experience

H&M is seeking a Department Manager for the Glasgow Silverburn store. This permanent, full-time role is a 39-hour week with weekend flexibility, focused on leading and supporting a team to deliver excellent customer experiences and ensuring strong operational and visual standards.

You will analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, recruit and develop staff, and stay attuned to local market needs to drive store success.
