Retail Deputy Manager: Lead Store Performance & Team Coaching

Halfords is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our retail store leadership team in the UK. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the store in the Store Manager's absence, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop team members, ensure compliance with health and safety and retail standards, and optimize labour scheduling to meet targets while maintaining high service levels.
