Retail Deputy Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Service

The Works Stores Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager on an 18-hour contract. You will support the Store Manager to lead the team, drive commercial performance, maintain high standards, and step in during the Store Manager's absence to ensure a smooth shop floor.

You’ll deliver excellent service, motivate colleagues, manage stock, merchandising and safety, and help recruit, train and develop the team.
