Retail Deputy Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Service

The Works in Livingston is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager on a 20-hour contract to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering excellent customer service. You will help drive commercial performance, maintain high operational standards and ensure shifts run smoothly.

You will coach colleagues, oversee stock, merchandising and compliance, recruit and train new staff, and contribute ideas to boost sales.
