Retail FM Contract & Maintenance Lead (24/7)

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking a Contract Manager / Area Maintenance Manager to lead a mobile technical team delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance for a major UK retail client.

You will drive service excellence, build strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while managing resources and budgets.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, with a salary in the £49k–£55k range plus car allowance and an annual bonus.
