Retail Loss Prevention Detective - Cardiff & Surrounds

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Store Detective to operate across our client’s stores in Cardiff and surrounding areas. The role focuses on preventing theft through strong observation and quick decision-making, reporting incidents, and supporting law enforcement when required.

The position offers a salary of £33,000 with a 50-hour work week and a pattern that covers Week 1: Mon-Fri and Week 2: Tue-Sat. A 20% discount card for colleagues is provided as a perk.
