Your future, as a Practice Manager at mydentist Your future, your schedule Youll be joining us at our Tonbridge practice in central Tonbridge TN9 1BX on a full time basis (40 hours per week). Your future in our Tonbridge practice Private only practice offering Implants, aligners, periodontics, endodontics and oral surgery

Your future, your role As a Practice Manager, youll be: Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
