Retail Operations Leader: Drive Sales & Customer Experience

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store operations, driving sales and customer satisfaction while upholding high standards. You will work with central support teams to maintain excellent communication and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will coach and develop team members, manage stock processes, and act as deputy to the General Manager when needed, helping to deliver strong quarterly results and an exceptional customer experience.
