This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven retail manager who has a strong eye for Visual Merchandising (VM) and understands how store presentation, product placement and customer experience can directly influence sales. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front - driving sales, KPIs and team performance, while taking real ownership of the visual standards and commercial presentation of the store. You don't need to be a dedicated VM to be successful in this role. We're particularly interested in Retail Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Floor Managers and Department Managers who have a genuine passion for VM and a strong understanding of how to make a store commercially impactful.
