Retail Shift Lead - Flexible Hours & Great Service

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to help deliver a great in-store experience. You’ll lead a small team, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure customers are served quickly and warmly.

You’ll work across store areas, communicate clearly, coach colleagues, and step in when the Manager is away. The role requires a strong customer focus, flexible thinking, and a collaborative approach to drive store performance.
