Whatyou’lldo:
- Understanding reasons for cancellation
- Providing solutions and guidance toretaincustomers
- Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relations
- Meeting retention targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
Whatyou’llneed:
- 2+ yearscontact centre/customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment due to volume of calls.
- Experience in retentions (desirable,butnot essential)
- Strong communicationand problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and target driven mind
- Successful candidates must pass a DBS check
What we offer:
- Base salary of £27780.48. (typical earnings £31,000-£36,000)
