We have opportunities across greater London, including North London, Essex and Kent for experienced Retrofit Ventilation Installers.

Key tasks

• Attending residential properties to fit trickle vents
• Removing internal and resizing internal doors
• Preparing walls for instal of extraction units
• Mange any other additional prep work

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable success in a similar role
• First class focus on customer service
• Familiarity with Building Regulations (Part F) regarding domestic ventilation.
• Strong commitment to onsite safety protocols and risk assessment.
• Clear verbal and written skills for resident liaison and digital job reporting.
