Returns Operative

We are recruiting a Returns Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. This role is ideal for someone with solid warehouse experience who is physically able to handle large items and confident dealing with delivery drivers at the end of their shift. What you’ll be doing - Processing returns from delivery drivers at the end of their shift - Logging and checking paperwork accurately - Sorting returned items for re-delivery or return to manufacturers - Handling large items, including white goods, supporting with general warehouse tasks as needed What we’re looking for - Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment - Confident communicating with and managing drivers during returns - Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting - Excellent attention to detail with paperwork and stock - Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently What’s on offer - £14.50 per hour inc holiday pay - Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Saturday overtime available (minimum 1 Saturday every 4 weeks) - Weekly pay Apply today to join our growing team in Nether Heyford
