Revenue and Distribution Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and focused Revenue and Distribution Manager to lead the resorts revenue strategy, pricing, forecasting, and distribution management.

This role is critical in driving profitability, optimising business mix, driving direct individual and group reservation business and ensuring the resort maximises revenue opportunities across all channels while supporting the luxury positioning of the property.

Reporting directly to the Resort Director, this position operates independently from the sales structure and requires a highly analytical individual with extensive experience in luxury total hotel & resort revenue and distribution management.

• Lead the resorts revenue strategy across rooms, groups, and ancillary revenue streams including Individual Reservations, Group, Events, Spa, F&B & Golf pricing.
