Revenue Controller

Our client is a market leading law firm with a global client base across core sectors of life sciences and technology. The firm has maintained its high standing in the market with the exceptional quality of lawyers and the strength and depth of scientific and legal expertise.

They are now looking a temporary Revenue Controller for maternity cover to join the Finance department to help support the delivery of an effective billing service for the Trademark Business Group. This role reports to the Revenue & Credit Control Manager and is responsible for managing the billing and Revenue Control process from end to end for the firm’s Trademark Business Group including some key clients.

Responsibilities

• To produce Trademark bills and, where necessary, bills for other departments as and when required or requested during the month by fee earners and partners, and post to Aderant Expert
• Ensure accurate billing for all Bristows’ clients preventing unnecessary cancellation of invoices
• Provide a comprehensive revenue control service to all Partners and fee earners within specified Business Groups
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure prompt billing of clients
• Maximisation of monthly billing with the Trademark Business Group
• Checking all relevant disbursements are posted on Aderant Expert
