REVIT MEP/BIM Coordinator – Northampton - £40-50K We are working with a leading design and build contractor to recruit a Revit MEP / BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale residential, student accommodation, and hotel developments across the UK. This role is ideal for a technically strong BIM professional with a solid understanding of building services coordination within a fast-paced D&B environment. The Role As Revit MEP / BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the production, coordination, and management of MEP models, ensuring accurate, clash-free, and buildable designs across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include: * Producing and coordinating detailed MEP models using Revit across D&B projects * Managing clash detection and resolution in collaboration with design and construction teams * Coordinating mechanical, electrical, and public health services with architectural and structural models * Ensuring BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans, standards, and protocols * Supporting design managers and site teams with coordinated models and technical drawings * Maintaining model integrity throughout design development and construction stages * Assisting with model audits, data drops, and information exchange processes About You We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused BIM professional with strong Revit MEP capability and experience on complex, multi-unit schemes. You will ideally have: * Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician, BIM Coordinator, or similar role * Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks * Experience coordinating MEP services on large residential, student accommodation, or hotel projects * Good understanding of D&B workflows, buildability, and construction sequencing * Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards and common data environments (e.g. ACC, BIM 360) * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines * Relevant qualification in Building Services, BIM, or construction-related discipline (desirable) What’s On Offer * £40-50K * Opportunity to work on major, high-profile living-sector projects * A collaborative and technically driven environment * Long-term project pipeline with varied and challenging schemes * Clear progression opportunities within a growing BIM and digital engineering team GD1464
