Reward Strategy Partner—Data-Driven Pay & Analytics

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Reward Partner to support the development and execution of reward activity across the Bank's divisions. The role reports to the Head of Reward for BCB & CIB and requires strong analytics to drive data-led reward propositions and inform strategy.

You'll build trusted relationships with People Partners and stakeholders, deliver annual pay and bonus activities, and support strategic initiatives such as changes and divestments, within a governed framework.
