Rigging & Marine Operations Lead (Ship Repair)

Navantia UK seeks a Rigging Supervisor to lead all rigging, lifting and marine operations within ship repair projects. You will provide frontline leadership to rigging teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient execution and compliance with company requirements across multiple projects.

You will champion a proactive safety culture, plan and coordinate activities, and work with Project Managers, Production and Planning teams to deliver complex operations on time and to specification.
