Resident Liaison Officer – SHDF * Location: Ealing, West London * Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package * Project: LB of Ealing - SHDF works A well-respected planned maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on an SHDF programme for the London Borough of Ealing. The role will involve working across scattered properties throughout Ealing, supporting residents throughout the delivery of energy-efficiency and planned maintenance works. The Role * Act as the main point of contact for residents. * Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints. * Keep residents informed of works, programmes and access requirements. * Carry out resident visits and maintain accurate records. * Liaise with the client, site teams and subcontractors. * Help ensure works are delivered with minimal disruption to residents. About You * Previous experience as an RLO within planned maintenance, social housing or SHDF works. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Confident dealing with residents and challenging situations. * Organised, proactive and professional. * Experience working across scattered properties is desirable. * Must have your own car Up to £65,000 + Package | SHDF | Ealing | Long-term opportunity
